My name is Lee.
As a Glasgow wedding photographer, I am always keen to explore and evolve my personal wedding photography style by capturing special moments right across the UK.
You’ll see from looking at past weddings I’ve shot that my approach to wedding photography is very natural and candid. Whether you want to call it photojournalism, reportage or documentary, they all amount to the same thing. I won’t shout stop in the middle of the ceremony and ask you to repeat anything or pose for the camera.
Ultimately, you’ll barely know I’m there. My goal is to experience your wedding as a guest and capture the emotions and unscripted moments – be they hilarious or romantic – of the day through my camera lens.
My aim is to provide you with a set of beautiful images which will help you to remember the happy memories of your special day, taking you back to those precious moments every time you look at them. Your only job on the day of your wedding is to have the time of your lives. My job is to capture this discreetly, providing you with a genuine account of the day, which you can share with the people that mean the most to you.
My personal photography project, titled Makers, was recently featured on Central Station, a Creative Social Network. This project documented Makers, showcasing the environment they work in and how their personal story is tied to their surroundings. This remains an ongoing project that I hope to add to. The aim of this photography project is to hold a special exhibition for the final images, showcasing the importance of both the subject and the environment they create their personal stories in.
